Nick has been servicing our family's HVAC systems for years. He's honest, his prices are reasonable and he saved us a lot of money over the years. When my mom's ac unit stopped working several years ago, we had other companies look at it and say they said was unsaveable and needed to replaced as it was over 10 years old. Many companies wanted a lot for a new unit. My family didn't had money for a new unit at that time. My mom called Boxler, he came by and said the motherboard was fried and it needed a new one, problem is it's an older model and hard to find. Boxler said he could save it and he will do his best to source the parts. He found the proper parts and for a reasonable repair cost got our old ac running saving us thousands of dollars. My mom's ac unit at her house is currently 20 years old as of today and still holding up strong and Boxler has been regularly servicing that ac system but he saved it many years ago and it's still going. I have him regularly servicing my ac at the house I bought a couple years ago as well, and he also installed new exhaust fans in our bathrooms and replaced aging vents with high efficiency ones. He works for a school district during the day, so when we call him we usually schedule around his main job and it usually works out as he's available in evenings typically. He's been our family HVAC tech for years and we always had a great experience with him.

Wow, Nick is the type of guy you want for a friend. Saw his five star reviews, Very hard to maintain that. We have a Carrier high efficiency system installed in 2006 for $10K. He fixed it. It's all done runs great. He also cleaned blower squirrel cage. It had. Rodents. Dead. In it. Frogs. And years of dust. Anyway he didn't charge for that. And he cleaned conditioner coil out side. Believe me. He saved a couple thousand or maybe $15K for a new system that I'm sure others would have pushed. Nick said from the start, "I knew this one was bad. All the way. Either. Big money fixing or new unit. I decided to give you guys breaks on labor and didn't mark up parts." Mom's house is over a hundred years old and she is 99. We couldn't take the heat. Nick came over within the hour. Can't say enough about this guy.

My first experience with Pro Tech Heating & AC was last year when I was in the process of remodeling a property for sale. Nick Boxler met me at the property, inspected the existing heating system and found it to be in good working condition. He thoroughly cleaned and serviced that unit. On the a/c, he installed a 4 ton unit outside and all new duct work under the house with new vent and thermostat. Nick gave me a written bid, explained the process and took the job through to completion, all at what I thought was a good and fair price. I've since called Nick for service calls on my home a/c and on my rental units. I have been impressed with the quick response time on service calls and the prices are fair.
